We operate with minimum fees across our core services which you can see below but these may vary for several reasons. I’ll detail these further so you know what to expect when working with us.
Minimum fees:
These minimums are based on the average account that we work with. Using our best practice process across all of the channels we know what time is required to ensure growth, optimisation and success. Using this we applied our hourly rate (£90) to create the minimum fee.
It’s worth noting that we do not guarantee a set number of hours as part of our contracts. We find that this restricts our ability to jump on opportunities, address any problems and ultimately have the flexibility that is needed to ensure our clients get the results they want.
For paid media activity such as PPC and Paid Social there is an additional charge that is placed on the amount of media spend. This charge is 12% and is only applicable when 12% of the media spend exceeds the value of the base management fee. This is not charged on top but instead of the base fee and it applied on a month by month basis.
Variables that affect fees
Every business is different and here are a few reasons why the price quoted may decrease or increase.
It’s often for us to audit current activity and fine set up issues that require fixing before being able to run the activity.
This is usually centred around Tracking, particularly with the recent GA4 migrations. But can be integrations with your CRM, migration away from platforms like Search Ads 360, or working with your developers to implement tools code across the site. All of these could incur a cost as it sits outside of the standard minimum fees. It is not always the case and often times if these are easy to resolve we will absorb the cost.
It’s also possible for the price to come down should the current activity already be in a good state with not additional set up or reworking needed.
It’s not often a client decides to work with us even when activity is working well but it has happened and likely will happen again. When this happens the management needed may not be as much as for accounts that need the right love and attention, as a result the base management fee will reflect this.
