We’re looking for a Client Strategy Executive to join our Strategy team with a key focus on delivering outstanding services and results that drive growth for our client's businesses. As a proactive and driven individual with a passion for digital marketing, you will bring exceptional administrative, project management, and communication skills to the table. Prior experience is an advantage, but attention to detail, multitasking abilities, a positive mindset, and a cool demeanour under pressure is critical for success in this role.
It’s a role that suits someone who loves collaborating with others, is self-driven and knows how to get the job done.
You will report to the Strategy Director and work alongside the Client Strategists to support them by:
Using excellent written skills to analyse and report on campaign performance
Managing workflow across the production teams to ensure efficient and effective output in line with client requirements
Assisting with supporting communications and meetings, including collating written notes and actions
Liaising with internal teams to solve problems and ensure smooth project delivery
Ad-hoc client communication via phone and email across various accounts
Minimum 1-year experience working within a digital agency or within a marketing team client-side.
Strong communication skills face to-face, over the phone or through email and other platforms.
A confident presenter.
A natural organiser & a great relationship builder to manage and prioritise campaigns & deadlines.
The ability to analyse & interpret data to understand how this can be leveraged to influence a client’s strategy
Self-motivated and able to prioritise workload without guidance, but also a team player
Minimum 1-year experience working within a digital agency or within a marketing team client-side.
Strong communication skills face to-face, over the phone or through email and other platforms.
